CA NSS Prasad is a fellow Chartered Accountant having been associated as a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1987. He is a Commerce Graduate from the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam having scored a merit from the Andhra University in 1979.

Mr. Prasad has a rich experience of over four decades. He has held various positions as a consultant with various Business Advisory Firms & Chartered Accountants before setting up a full time practice in the name and style of Nemani & Associates in 2003. He has been a fore runner and visionary for the organization at where it stands today after two decades of its operations.

He is currently in-charge of the consulting & Project financing division of the firm handling the Corporate Debt Restructuring and Project Financing areas of the firm. He has a varied experience in dealing with Equity Funding agreements etc. He is the taxation expert with a great league of experience in Income Tax. He is also having rich experience in conducting various audits, which includes Bank Audits as in Concurrent, Statutory, Forensic, Stock & Revenue Leakage audits of Banks.

Mr Shravan Kumar Nemani is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA), The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA) & The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (CS), having completed all the professional courses at the age of 23, being one among the youngest to have achieved such a feat. He is also a lawyer by profession.

Mr.Shravan is an expert in the legal drafting functions of various corporates across the globe that involves the agreements under different statutes.

Mr. Shravan Kumar Nemani, has since inception developed an excellent understanding in Corporate requirements for IT. Based out of Hyderabad, Mr Shravan Kumar Nemani has worked for Dr.Reddy's in Global SOX Compliance before setting up full time practice at Hyderabad.

Mr. Shravan, as a consultant reviewed accounting systems and procedures for clients and re-engineered their business processes and systems. He is an Information Systems Auditor and a Forensic Expert who handles these vital areas along with the Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Fund Raising, Debt Restructuring and Mergers & Acquisitions in practice. He is now known for his advisory work on Income Tax Litigation issues. He is an expert on the Income Tax Appeals at the Commissioner and Tribunal level.

Mr. Shravan, presently is also a peer reviewer and advisor to fortune 500 companies that are listed on National Stock Exchange.

Mr.Shravan has been accoladed as one of the best teachers among the Chartered Accountants' (CA) Fraternity for the Information Technology & Information Systems Control and Audit. In a short span of 6 years, he has taught more than 12000 students. His way of teaching is lauded by student fraternity immensely.

Mr. CVR Sastry is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1965. He is also a member of The Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.

He has been initially associated with premier Audit and Accounting agencies that include Fraser & Ross, A.F.Ferguson & Co among many other. He has been on International duty with INDECO, Lusaka, Zambia and the Board of Internal Trade, Tanzania as their Internal & Systems Auditor. His experience involves various senior designations with Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Cement Corporation of India & Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited.

He served as Financial Consultant at Indian Furniture Products Limited, Chennai before joining Nemani & Associates as a partner in 2005.

He is an expert with Government Accounting. He has handled several accounting projects of various government entities of the firm. He has a command over the entire accounting process of government entities. He has been instrumental in developing the accounting frameworks across various government organizations.

He presently handles all the Government Audits and Assignments of the Organization.

Mr. Naga Phaneendra Sarma Appala is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a Commerce Graduate from the Andhra University having scored a merit.
